Building disruptive technologies that are embraced by the world’s top technology executives begins with understanding their evolving needs.

Yet, outside of hard-won pitch meetings and other formal interactions, , there are few opportunities to hear how these major decision-makers assess new technologies, deploy them across their organizations, and scale the impact on their business.

That’s why Abnormal Security CEO and co-founder Evan Reiser and I started the Enterprise Software Innovators podcast, which features exclusive interviews with CIO and CTOs from some of the world’s largest organizations.

We are all beneficiaries of the tremendous amount of startup-centric content available today. Stories from the people building disruptive technologies helps them interface with the public, prospective employees, customers, and one another. Similarly, we believe the anecdotes of how disruptive technologies are actually implemented in the real world are equally compelling. The application of exciting innovations at scale is where the true impact of technology materializes , and we sought out a range of CIO/CTO guests from different sectors and industries to help tell these stories.

In the first season, we chat with leading technology executives who offer a rare glimpse into how disruptive and innovative technologies are deployed at scale – and the hard-fought lessons learned during the process.

The inaugural episode of ESI features Michael Keithley, who is the CIO of United Talent Agency. Michael spoke with us about how technology has transformed the entertainment industry. This episode is available on our website and all major podcast platforms, as well as a through a special broadcast on the Greymatter channel below:
