Introducing Axiamatic: AI for Enterprise Transformation

AI that makes enterprise transformations easier, not more complex.

We are excited to announce that Axiamatic is coming out of stealth with $54M in financing, including a Series Seed led by Greylock and a Series A financing led by our friends at Bessemer, to build the industry’s leading AI platform to accelerate enterprise transformation programs.

Every major technology shift has required enterprises to change their systems, processes, and how their people work, all without stopping the business. None of this happens on a clean slate. Enterprises are always migrating live systems, reconciling years of legacy data, and driving adoption across their organization with their own inertia. While technology advances, the execution challenges compound.

AI is the most consequential shift yet. For all the excitement about what AI makes possible, the way enterprises run transformation programs has not changed in thirty years. It has always been people – program managers, change managers, and consultants – who have held proprietary context in their heads, tracked interdependencies manually, and chased down what was decided and what was not. That model was strained well before AI arrived. Now, with every enterprise under pressure to modernize core systems and absorb AI into operations, the number of transformation programs running in parallel has dramatically multiplied, and the human-powered operating model that was never adequate is now clearly insufficient.

This is the problem Axiamatic was built to solve. Axiamatic enables transformation programs to run with a level of visibility, coordination, and accountability that no human team could achieve alone. The platform continuously ingests and monitors both structured and unstructured data across the entire program, from business systems and documents to meetings and conversations where the real decisions happen. Risks are surfaced early, before they compound into delays and cost overruns, and the right insights are delivered to each stakeholder in the tools they already use. Every team does their job with better information. Problems get resolved when they are still manageable.

Axiamatic was founded by Rajiv Gupta and Kaushik Narayan. We have known Rajiv for two decades and previously backed him twice – at Securent (acquired by Cisco) and Skyhigh (acquired by McAfee). Looking across his career as a serial entrepreneur, there is a clear pattern. Each time, Rajiv identified the governance and control problem that a new technology wave creates for enterprises before the market named it, and pioneered and built the company to solve it. Axiamatic is that same instinct applied to the AI-era transformation. He and Kaushik have assembled a team with deep roots in ERP, systems integration, and large-scale enterprise programs who have lived inside the exact organizations and transformations that Axiamatic is built to serve.

The early customer signals and traction are strong. As one example, Heico, a $4B diversified manufacturer, began with a single ERP transformation and expanded to use Axiamatic for more than 20 programs within 12 months. In enterprise software, that pace of expansion is rare and meaningful.

At Greylock, we have had the privilege of partnering with founders building enterprise offerings that become foundational to how large organizations operate – from Workday to Palo Alto Networks to Rubrik to Abnormal Security. Axiamatic is the latest company in that tradition. We are thrilled to partner with Rajiv, Kaushik, and the Axiamatic team, and excited about what they are building for enterprises: accelerating the most demanding transformation programs with AI.
