Most recently, Jeff spent over six years at Alphabet as the Vice President and Talent Advisor to CEO Sundar Pichai. During his time at Alphabet, Jeff helped Sundar and the Board with leadership and succession work at the Board and management team levels.
Prior to Google, Jeff spent eight years at Greylock as an executive talent partner, where he focused on managing executive talent relationships both in and outside of the portfolio.
Prior to Greylock. Jeff was the managing partner of the global Venture Capital practice for Heidrick & Struggles. Jeff was also a partner and member of the executive committee of a national recruiting firm, where he built the firm’s Silicon Valley office into the leading search practice serving the venture capital industry nationally.
During his executive search career, Jeff focused on senior level executive searches within all areas of technology including both private and public companies. He also conducted partner level searches for both venture capital and private equity clients.
Jeff received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Maryland in College Park.
